Hello...half b/w half rainbow

'Ello! The fabulous Sandy Allnock has been on Periscope live all day doing a fantastic watercolor painting of a Mama and baby zebra...that has had water spilled on them and turned the puddle rainbow colored. It's flippin' genius. GENIUS I say! So, I was incredibly inspired and made this card.  I used the Birds Of Paradise set by MyFavoriteThings. I wanted my card to be very graphic, so I masked and stamped them they way I wanted them. Then I penciled in 2 lines to tell me where to do the colored bit. I colored them all with my Copics. The greeting is from the You Gnome Me set by MyFavoriteThings.

Zombie Gnome

Hiya! I can't get enough of zombifying! :) I turned this guy from the You Gnome Me set by MyFavoriteThings into a zombie. I colored him with my Copics. I used the Cartoon Cloud Background by MyCreativeTime for the sky. The greeting is also from the You Gnome Me set. I used the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies and Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies from MyCreativeTime as well.  He might look a little more possessed than a zombie, but whatevs. ;)

Just a gnote.

Hello! Today is day 2 of the Background Check class at OnlineCardClasses. I played along by masking a plaid background. I used hot lips, sunshine, jellybean, scuba, and wisteria inks from SimonSaysStamp. I stamped the sweet gnome from the You Gnome Me set by MyFavoriteThings and colored him with my Copics. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies and the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies by MyCreativeTime.  I love how bright and happy this turned out. :)

Gnomies are my homies!

Hello! I made this card today to play along in the current MyFavoriteThings challenges. The Sketch Challenge and The Color Challenge. Also, today is the start of Kathy Racoosin's 30 Day Color Challenge, part deux. ;) Here's my card...

I used the adorable gnome from the You Gnome Me set by MyFavoriteThings. I colored him with my Copics. I jazzed him up a bit by drawing him a plaid shirt. :) I used the Tag Layers dies by MyCreativeTime for the tag. I cut an additional tag and used the Grassy Edges dies from MyFavoriteThings. I stamped the Candy Stripe background by PeachyKeenStamps and cut it out with the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More dies by MyCreativeTime. I used the Banner Trio Dies for the greeting. That funny greeting is from the March Gnomes 2012 set by PeachyKeenStamps. {I used the physical stamps, but the set is now available in digi form} OH and I used the Cartoon Clouds Background by MyCreativeTime for the sky.

For a friend like gnome one else

Hello! I made a card to play along in the current MyFavoriteThings Challenge. The challenge is to follow the above sketch. Here is my take on it...

I used the You Gnome Me set by MyFavoriteThings. I made my panel with the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies and the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies by MyCreativeTime. I traced the circles onto another piece of cardstock so I could stamp my cute little gnomes. I used my Copic markers to color the gnomes. The greeting is also from the You Gnome Me set by MyFavoriteThings. I just adore those little guys! :)

Hello! My new goodies from MyFavoriteThings arrived yesterday, and I am SO HAPPY with how my first card with them turned out. I made this to play along in the current CHALLENGE, following the above sketch. Here's my take on it...

HAHAHA! I laughed pretty much the whole time I was making this! LOL!!! I used the new The Whole Herd set for the cow, and the You Gnome Me set for his rider! HA! I stamped the cow twice so I could cut off his head and pop it up. Don't worry, he didn't scream. 

I colored the images with my Copics. I made the background scene with cracked pistachio and tumbled glass distress inks. The greeting is from the You Gnome Me set. I used my fave Candy Stripe background from PeachyKeenStamps for the card base. Finished it off with a few sequins.
