A tribute card

Hello. Yesterday the sweet Vivienne Holden passed away after a long battle with cancer. I was lucky enough to come to know here through PeachyKeenStamps. We were on the PKS design team together, and what a pleasure that was. Her talent was only outshone by her kindness. She taught me all sorts of "British Words". She was hilarious. HILARIOUS. She once told me I was, "daft as a box of frogs"...I'm still not entirely sure what the hell that means, but I know it's funny! She will most definitely be missed by me, and all of the PKS family past and present. 

Last night I got out my Vivienne And Friends set that was designed for and named after Viv. She would surely say that this was one of her all time favorites, and now I'll surely treasure it forever. I used my Copics to color this little scene. The greeting is from the Friendships Are Forever set by MyCreativeTime.

MCT Sneaks Day 3

Hello! It's day 3 of sneaks for MyCreativeTime and today we are sneaking the sweet little Bestie Die. This die is the "freebie" for this release! :) I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies and the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies. I used the greeting from the new Friendships Are Forever set, and the sweet new Bestie Die.

MCT Sneaks Day 2

Hello! It's day 2 of sneaks for MyCreativeTime. Today we are sneaking the new Best Friend Background Stamp. For my card, I gold heat embossed it. Then I added water and picked raspberry distress ink to it. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies and the Bunch Of Stitched Circles Dies to make the panel. I used the heart from the Stitched Belly Band Dies. The friend die is from the new Friendships Are Forever set. I cut it in white and made it gold with distress stain and covered it with glossy accents for shine.

MCT Sneaks Day 1

Hello! It's day one of sneaks for MyCreativeTime. Today we are sneaking the new Friendships Are Forever set. This is a stamp and die set. I've used one of the dies to make a stencil for this first card. I neon inked through the stencil. I then used the heart from the Stitched Belly Band Dies to cut a heart from the panel cut with the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies. And for the next card, I used the stencil from this card...

I used the Stitched Square Dies to cut the panel, and turned the stencil into a shaker. I also used a greeting from the new Friendships Are Forever set.
