MCT 5 Days of Christmas...Day 2

Hello! It's day 2 of our 5 days of Christmas at MyCreativeTime. For my card today I took inspiration from my DT sister Leanne's adorable snowman shaker HERE. Hers is way better than mine, but I loved the idea so much...I just had to give it a go. :) I made the shaker window, and the snowman body pieces with the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies. The scarf and hat were cut with the Winter Snowman Dies. I free hand cut the stick arms and carrot nose. I used 2 hole punches for the eyes and buttons for the tummy. 
I filled the shaker with sequins. The greeting is from the Snow Buddies set. This card came together really quickly, and although it's a shaker, would be fairly quick to mass produce. :)

MCT 38th Edition Release Blog Hop

Hello! You should have arrived from Shar's Blog, if not, head HERE to start at the beginning. For my card today, I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames & More Dies for the card base and layer. I used the new Stitched Oval Dies to make my shaker window. I used the Fun Stitched Edges Dies for my snowy hills. I stamped and paper pieced the snowman from the new Snow Buddies Set. I used the coordinating die from the Winter Snowman Dies set to cut him out. So simple! 
 I stamped the greeting from the new Snow Buddies set.
