Hello! Hope you're enjoying the hop so far! You should have arrived from Nancy's blog, if not, head HERE to start at the beginning. For my card today I used the fabulous new Stitched Square Speech Bubble Dies. I cut 2 out of the front panel, and one to pop up. I ♥ using the negative space left behind after die cutting...more bang for your buck! Score!
I stamped the greeting from the new Treasured Moments set with Charcoal Hero Arts Shadow Ink. I forgot to mention that the patterned paper I used is from the Boy Crazy collection from My Mind's Eye. I finished it off with some butterflies and sequins from Neat And Tangled.
Your next stop on the hop is ROSY.

ReplyDeleteAwesome way to use the stitched bubbles die. Love it. Janet buck2@casscomm.com
ReplyDeleteI just love the design of this card and the use of a negative from die cutting to make the front, then adding the single speech bubble die on top. Really great idea. Of course, it wouldn't be one of your creations without a little sequins for some bling.
ReplyDeleteI too like to use the negative cuts...I even used some of the little waste dots from the sequins for a butterfly body. I won't do that a lot but could use them as glitter maybe. I like how this card is so clean and simple yet begs to be looked at! Wonderful card.
