Hiya! Welcome to day 2 of Halloween Hustle week at MyCreativeTime. I have had this skulls cuttlebug embossing folder FOREVER and have never used it. I decided that should change and thus this super duper simple card was born.
I white heat embossed the greeting from the Fright Night set by MyCreativeTime.

I have this embossing folder too and have only used it a couple of times. I love how you used it, simple but very effective!
ReplyDeleteYou're right...it could hardly be any simpler. But, I think it's PERFECT! I've never seen this folder before. I love its use for the raised panel, texture, black/white contrast and the tiny touches of white in the "eyes".

Great card... very spooky!
ReplyDeleteI have also used this embossing folder to make wickedly, cute mini book decorations. Just score and fold next to the area you stamped to make the spine of the book, distress or ink the embossed image and glue a few pages inside. It's so cute!
ReplyDeleteI love your card, too! :)
Nikki - alright I have this embossing folder and never used it!!! Your card is seriously FABULOUS!!!!! I might have to lift this idea!!!!
