Hello! It's time for another PeachyKeen Challenge. The challenge this time is to follow the above sketch. For my card, I flipped the sketch on its side...
I LOVE the paper from the Vintage Bliss collection by Simple Stories. LOVE. IT. I was "eeking" out loud while I paper pieced the kitty from the new August 2013 set from PeachyKeenStamps. A plaid kitty??? Yep! :)
I used my Martha Stewart butterfly punches to make the 3 accents for this card. The bottom layer of the butterflies is vellum that I embossed with the swiss dots cuttlebug folder.

ReplyDeleteAwesome idea to use 2 layers and emboss the vellum one. How do you think this great stuff up? (Secretly hope whatever it is rubs off on me). That is some great paper and I love the plaid kitty...those Peachy kitties are cute no matter how they are done. Great card.
