ANYHOO....I'm sorry I'm a little late, but my Mom's internet is rude sometimes....For my card I got the scalloped card base from the Smiley Cards cartridge. I cut out two circles and white embossed polka dots {someones fav!} using the medium Polka stamp from PeachyKeenStamps.com. Then I cut one in half and lined it up. The sentiment is from Emma's set called Mom You Rock. The cupcake is from the Rock Princess cartridge and the cute face is from the Wide Eyed Kids Assortment from PeachyKeenStamp.com.
