MCT Tag Tuesday


Hello! It's Tag It Tuesday at MyCreativeTime. I used a tag from the Holiday Tags set. The kitty, her shades, and the greeting are from the You Had Me At Meow set. I colored everything with my Copics.

I missed your birthday...

Hello! I just had some fun practicing with my Copics. I stamped and colored this adorable kitty from the Mitsy Sue And Colby Cheer Up set by PeachyKeenStamps. The sweet greeting is from the You Had Me At Meow set by MyCreativeTime. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More, Bunch Of Fun Circles, and Vintage Labels dies. The patterned paper is from the Sugar Shoppe paper pad by Doodlebug.

MCT- Made In Minutes

Hello! It's Made In Minutes Monday at MyCreativeTime. It's also my birthday today! :) So I made a birthday card that I'd love to receive. Anything with a kitty on it is aces in my book. :) I started by stamping the party hat from the Tweet Me set. Then I masked it off and stamped the kitty from the You Had Me At Meow over it. This way it puts the hat on kitty's head. Then I just had fun experimenting with my Copics. It's not "purrfect", but I like it. ;) I added some lines, dots, and squiggles with my white gel pen. The greeting is also from the You Had Me At Meow set. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More dies for the panel and card base.

You're purr-fect!

Hello! As soon as I saw the fabulous new I Knead You set from My Favorite Things I knew I wanted to make this card! :) I used the awesome Stitched Window Dies And Accessories from MyCreativeTime for the window and shelf. I sandwiched acetate in the window for the "glass". I colored the sweet kitty from the I Knead You set with my Prismacolor colored pencils. The beauty part of this guy is that he also has a backside stamp! SO CUTE! So I used both the I Knead You Stamps and I Knead You Dies to make this card. And here is the inside...
Eek! I wub his kitty backside! SO CUTE! And because I wanted to keep the card pretty on the inside {so nothing could be seen through the window} I made a "flap" inside so I can flip it up and write in there. The greeting on the front is from the You Had Me At Meow set from MyCreativeTime.

MCT 40th Edition Release Blog Hop!

Hello! You should have arrived from Lucia's blog, if not, head HERE to start at the beginning. For my cards today I have used the adorable new You Had Me At Meow set. KITTIES! Yay!!! :) Did you know I love kitties???? Well, I do! Anyhoo...for this first card I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies for the card base and shaker layer. 
I used the Stitched Sweethearts and XOXO dies for the shaker window. I paper pieced the kitty from the You Had Me At Meow set. I also gave her a collar from the set. I used the coordinating dies that come with the set to cut her out. The greeting that I love so much is also from the same set. 
For this card I used the Uppercase Fun Dies to partially die cut MEW. I used the kitty die from the You Had Me At Meow to replace the O, although "mew" is also a kitty noise. ;) I colored the kitty to look like my guy Simba using my Prismacolor colored pencils. 
I used the You Had Me At Meow for the birthday greeting as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE this new set. Oh, and I gave kitty the other collar option in the stamp set. A fishy collar. Cute! :)
