NEW RELEASE from Peachy Keen Stamps

It's time for the August Release from Peachy Keen Stamps! YAY!!! I used the awesome new August 2017 set for this fun scarecrow gourd. The set has a gourd that you can dress up in a number of different ways. Really clever! I colored her and the background scene with my Copic markers. 

The August 2017 set also has this adorable puppy in it! I gave him a cape from the set, and voila! SUPER PUPPY! I combined a few words from the August 2017 to make the greeting. :) I colored him with my Copics. 

And now...the CUTEST SLOTH IN THE HISTORY OF EVER! This awesome sloth set has 3 interchangeable faces. I gave this fella the fang face, and turned him into a vampire! I used the August 2017 set for his ears and his wings. His adorable little trick or treat pumpkin bucket is from the Rocky's Waffle Costume set.

MCT Whatever Wednesday

Hello! It's Whatever Wednesday at MyCreativeTime! Today I used the awesome Pretty Bold Numbers Dies to create my background. I used the numbers to emboss "60" into the background by running it through my machine with the Spellbinders tan embossing mat. I then watercolored over it to match my image. {cut from the Ole cartridge with my Cricut and colored with Copics} 

You can kind of see it better here. Sorry, it is hard to get a good photo of. It's really cool in real life! Super easy, and totally custom!

Kitty Tree Cuteness!

Holy cuteness alert, Batman! This is the new Kitty Tree set by PeachyKeenStamps! EEK! I colored the kitties and their tower with my Copics. I used the chisel end of 1 copic marker to make the floor. Easy peasy! I used distress oxide ink and a stencil for the background.

MCT Inspire Me Wednesday

Hello! It's Inspire Me Wednesday at MyCreativeTime! My card today was "inspired" by my need for graduation cards. HA! I used the Grad Night set for the little diploma to stamp the background. I also used the Grad Night set for the graduation hat and the greeting. I used the Pretty Bold Number Dies for the year. I also used the Stitched Rectangular Frames and More Dies, Stitched Vintage Labels, and Sentiment Labels dies. I made it a shaker and filled the number area with sequins, glitter, and stars.

NEW Peachy Keen Stamps Release!

Hello! It's an exciting day for Peachy Keen Stamps fans!!! The new On The Pond release is live! And the extra special news is that PKS has decided to release a limited number of "physical stamps" in addition to the digi release! YAY! So if digi's scare you {I know they do some of you}, you're in luck! :) Anyhoo...I used the On The Pond Digi Bundle for my sweet ducky and greeting. I colored her with Copic markers. I used distress inks, masking, and a stencil for the background. And here's another card with the new release...

Eek! Can you stand how cute this sweet turtle is? Swoon. I again used the new On The Pond Digi Bundle for the turtle and the greeting. I colored the turtle and the scene with Copics.

Hello! I made this card for a little boy with cancer who wants to get lots of cards. You can learn about him, and his address HERE. MCT Tutorial Thursday :)

Hello! It's Tutorial Thursday at MyCreativeTime, so today I have a little tutorial for you. I have used the Gobble Gobble set to make this card. I started by cutting a piece of watercolor paper with the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More dies. Here are photos of the process...

You can click the photo to enlarge to better see the steps. This is super easy, and makes a really pretty background using the little leaves in the Gobble Gobble set. Start by stamping them with distress ink, and then wet the with a wet brush or a water brush. Then smoosh the ink pads on a clear block and add water to flick splatters. You end up with a super fun background. :)  I stamped the greeting from the Gobble Gobble set onto a banner from the Sentiment Label Dies. After the distress ink has dried, stamp some leaves in black to tie in with the black greeting. To finish, I added a few sequins.

MCT Thoughtful Thursday

Hello! It's Thoughtful Thursday at MyCreativeTime. Today I used the Gobble Gobble set to make 2 of the same cards, but using different cardstock. For both I masked the sweet owl image so he could wear a pilgrim hat. I colored both cards exactly the same with my Copics. I blended a super soft ground and sky with distress inks. 

Here's the kraft version. Again, I used the exact same colors, but it's such a different look. I'm kinda obsessed with coloring on kraft lately! If you haven't already tried it, go for it!

MCT Whatever Wednesday- Happy First Birthday Jackson! :)

Hello! It's "Whatever Wednesday" at MyCreativeTime. Today we make whatever we want. :) Well folks, today our precious nephew Jackson turns ONE! This is the card I made him for his special day. I used the Light The Candles set for the cupcake. I colored it with my Copics. I turned the "1" from the Number Fun Dies into a candle using the flame from the Light The Candles set. I used the Stitched Party Dies to make the banner, and the Alpha Pack to personalize it with his age and initial. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies and the Stitched Postage Frame Dies as well.

MCT Fave Stamp of the Month

Hello! It's Fave Stamp of the Month day at MyCreativeTime. This month we are showing off the oldie but goodie, Wow So Many Candles set. I used that set for the greeting. I used the Wishing You Both The Best set for the cake and candles. I colored it with my Copics. I added wink of stella and glossy accents to the flames and cake stand.

MCT Tag It Tuesday

Hello! It's Tag It Tuesday at MyCreativeTime. I stamped the flower cluster from the Mom set onto a panel I cut with the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies. I then used the small tag die from the Holiday Tags Stamp And Die set to cut out a portion. Then I popped the tag up with foam tape. The greeting is from the Fun Notes set. I colored in the design on the word hugs. I finished it off with some sequins.

MCT Sneaks Day 4

Hello! It's day 4 of sneaks for MyCreativeTime. Today we're sneaking the new Spooky Time set. I created my scene with easy masking and distress ink. I cut a circle mask with the More Stitched Circle Dies for the moon. I used the script stamp in the new Spooky Time set to add visual texture to the ground. The cat, tree, and greeting are all from then new Spooky Time set.

MCT Trending Now- Sweet Treats

Hello! It's Trending Now day at MyCreativeTime. Today we are making cards with a Sweet Treats theme. I used the You Make Life Sweet set for my ice cream and the greetings. I first inked up the scoops and cone with an ink blender, and then added some Copic coloring. 

I used the Stitched Oval Dies to emboss using a tan embossing mat. I also used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies.

MCT Do Over Thursday

Hello! It's Do Over Thursday at MyCreativeTime. For my card today I recycled THESE card designs. This time I used the Pretty Bold Letter Dies and masked to make the name River for a special baby card. I used inks to make the scene inside the letters. This is all one layer, and pretty cool in person. :) I also used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies for the panel.
