MCT Thoughtful Thursday

Hello! I used the You Make Life Sweet set for the ice cream cone and the greeting. I paper pieced with patterned papers from the Summer 6x6 American Crafts pad. I used a banner from the Vintage Labels Dies for the greeting. I used the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies for the vellum circles.

MCT Sneaks Day One

MCT Tag It - Watermelon Card

Hello! It's Tag It Tuesday at MyCreativeTime. I used the tag from the Holiday Tags set. I created the "watermelon" background paper after being inspired by Denise on Periscope as she made a treat bag from a kit. I blended Twisted Citron distress ink onto watercolor paper, and then used the Stripey Background and Mowed Lawn distress ink. I spritzed the stamp with water before stamping to get a loose impression. {I now know that stamp is retired. oops. But you could easily just paint stripes} :) I made the watermelon with circle dies. Colored it with distress inks. The face is from the You Make Life Sweet set. The greeting is from the Sweet Wishes set.

It's day 2 of sneaks and today we are showing off the new Chalkboard Christmas set. I've used it here to create a tone on tone background. I've also used the Stitched Rectangles & More Dies, More Circles, Circles Dies. and Tag Layer Dies. I used a hold punch to make the berries.

NEW Peachy Faces :) And 3 cards!

Hello! All the NEW face assortments are now available at PeachyKeenStamps! We're talking serious cuteness here people! :) I made 2 of the same card, but used different faces on them. For each card I used the pepper from the Cactus Digi Stamps set. For this first card I gave him a face from the NEW Bucket List Emoji Assorment set. Isn't he funny?! :)

And this guy is just a tad grumpy. HA! This face is from the NEW Quick And Simple Emoji Assortment. I think he definitely needs a hug. ;) For both cards I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies and Stitched Postage Frames Dies from MyCreativeTime. And here's one last card...

Can we talk about how cute that fishie is?! Eek! :) The fishie and the greeting are from the Beach Babies Digi set by PeachyKeenStamps. Her adorable face is from the NEW Bucket List Emojis Face Assortment. I also used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies, Stitched Circle Dies, and Vintage Labels Dies all from MyCreativeTime. I love her in her little ocean shaker. :)

MCT Inspire Me Wednesday- Pearl Jam Rules People! :)

Hello! It's Inspire Me Wednesday at MyCreativeTime. My card today is inspired by a song by my favorite band, Pearl Jam! Who, by the way, I WILL BE SEEING LIVE TONIGHT FROM THE PIT! :) If you don't see me posting for a while, it's cuz I'm still in shock from the awesomeness. Also, if I catch a guitar pick or a tambourine, I may just drop dead of happy on the spot! HAHA. Anyhoo back to the card. 

I used the donut stamp from the We're Better Together set. Yep, I turned a donut into a record! :) I stamped and colored 2 of them with my Copics so I could make a spinner card. Oh, I added little lightning bolts to the labels as a nod to PJ's most recent record. I used clear thread to suspend the records in the open circle. So the record spins when you open the card. I used the Alpha Pack set to make the greeting/song title. I used a circle stencil for the background. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies and the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies as well.

Like, I kinda wanna marry it. :) Anyhoo, I used the new Just Because set to stamp the flowers. I colored them with my Copics. I used the Bunch Of Fun Circles dies to cut them vellum for the greeting. I also used the Stitched Square Dies.

MCT Sneaks Day 1

Hello! Today we are sneaking 2 new sets called Ears To You and Mini Butterflies. I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies and the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies to create my card panel. I stamped the scene using images from the new Ears To You set. I did a bunch of masking to make the mounds of flowers. I colored everything with my Copics. I used the new Mini Butterflies dies as well. The greeting is also from the new Ears To You set.

MCT Do Over Thursday

Hello! Today is "Do Over Thursday" at MyCreativeTime. For my card today I made a different version of  this card...

Deets on this card are HERE. For my new version I again used the Party Hat Dies. I used the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies and the Starburst Circles Dies to make my little shaker. I used the numbers from the Sitched 4x6 Journal Dies. I also used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies. I again did my watercoloring with distress inks.

Hiya! I am in love with the new Cheeky Monkey set by My Favorite Things. SO CUTE! I used the hill stamp from the new Ewe Are The Best set by My Favorite Things. I colored the monkey, grass, and sky with my Copics. Name that movie...card :)

I have had SO MUCH FUN making ugly sweaters! I again used the Ugly Sweater set by SimonSaysStamp for this one. I also used the Stitched Squares and Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies by MyCreativeTime. Do you know what movie that line is from????? Do ya???? A Christmas classic!

Believe in the magic of Christmas

Hello! I LOVE LOVE LOVE how this card turned out. :) I think it's the first time I've made a spinner element. So fun! I used the adorable Reindeer Games and matching dies by Mama Elephant for my spinner reindeer. I colored him and my little scene with my Copics. I made the scene with the tree from the Reindeer Games set as well. I masked off the circle for the scene and colored it. 

I used the AWESOME NEW Stitched Postage Frame Dies from MyCreativeTime. Seriously, these dies are so cool...and I think they're my new fave! :) I also used the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies by MyCreativeTime for the circle in the front of the card, and for the masking on the inside. The greetings on the outside and inside are from the Boughs Of Holly set by MyCreativeTime. I used the Diagonal Stripe Stencil by SimonSaysStamp for the red on the front. OH, and I used clear thread that I got at Michaels for the spinner. :)

The joy die is from the Holiday Tags Stamps and Die set.

Hello! Today's Holiday Style class at OnlineCardClasses is all about sparkle and shine. For my card I used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies for the panel and layer. I embossed one of the Bunch Of Fun Circles dies into the front panel, and then watercolored it with distress inks. 

It's difficult to see in a photo, but it's really cool in real life. I used the Dec25th Die by MyCreativeTime. I cut it a few times from white and used Tim Holtz glitter paper on top. Then I added glossy accents to make it shiny. :)

Hiya! I can't get enough of zombifying! :) I turned this guy from the You Gnome Me set by MyFavoriteThings into a zombie. I colored him with my Copics. I used the Cartoon Cloud Background by MyCreativeTime for the sky. The greeting is also from the You Gnome Me set. I used the Bunch Of Fun Circles Dies and Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies from MyCreativeTime as well.  He might look a little more possessed than a zombie, but whatevs. ;)
