MCT Inspire Me Wednesday

Hello! It's Inspire Me Wednesday at MyCreativeTime today. I don't have a picture of my inspiration, I was just in the mood to make a Valentine. :) I used the super awesome Stitched Postage Frame dies for my panel. Then I used the hearts from the new You Touched My Heart set {my new fave hearts!} to make my shaker. I ombre inked the awesome new Love Die and covered it with wink of stella and glossy accents. I also used the Vintage Labels Die for the banner.

Have a great day!

This is gonna sting a little!

Hiya! Today I made a shaker with the adorable Cupid's Sting set from PeachyKeenStamps. I love him! I colored him with my Prismacolor colored pencils. I made the shaker with the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More dies from MyCreativeTime
I white heat embossed the greeting from the Cupid's Sting set on the vellum shaker window. I put Cupid on a wobble, so he wiggles. :)

This sweet little Cupid is one of my all time favorite Peachy stamps. So cute! If you want him, better get him quick! Remember that PeachyKeenStamps is no longer manufacturing stamps, so when they're gone...they're gone.

Happy almost Friday! :)

Scooting by to say...

Hiya! I made a card to play along in the current Paper Smooches Sparks challenge.
Here is my card...
I used the adorable Spiffy Scooters set from Paper Smooches. I paper pieced it and did some coloring with my Prismacolor colored pencils. I added wink of stella glitter marker to the "metal" parts and the lights.
The hearts and greeting are also from the Spiffy Scooters set by Paper Smooches. I colored the hearts with 2 different pink highlighters. Fancy! Ha! I added wink of stella and glossy accents to them as well. Oh, and also glossy accents on the lights. :)
I hope you're having a fabulous weekend so far!

Eye think you're neat

Hello! I'm playing along with the current Lawnscaping Challenge. The theme is Clean And Simple this time. I decided to break in my Monster Mash set for a Valentine's day card...
I made the background with distress inks and water. I stamped the cutie monster's from the Monster Mash set by Lawn Fawn and colored them with my Prismacolor colored pencils.
The greeting is also from the Monster Mash set by Lawn Fawn. I finished it off with some sequins. Oh, I should mention that this is a little card. Just 3.5 x 3.5 inches. I like little Valentine's. :)

MCT Made In Minutes Monday

Hello! It's Made In Minutes Monday at MyCreativeTime. This card came together in a flash. :) My sweet donuts are from THIS svg set. I cut them with my Cricut Explore.
The perfect greeting is from The Last Piece To Our Family set from MyCreativeTime. I used pumice stone distress ink and a little water to ground my donuts. :) Added sequins and called it done.

You're so...

Hello! Today in the Clean And Simple 4 class at OnlineCardClasses...the fabulous Julie Ebersole shared a sweet trifold card. Hers used balloon dies and was super simple and elegant. Anyhoo, I decided to make a trifold card as well.  The card is 5.5 x 11 and scored at 3 5/8. I used circle dies for my windows, so my little skunks could peek out. :)
The skunks, hearts, and the greetings on the front and middle are from the Stinkin' Cute set from Simon Says Stamps. I traced the circles and then created circle masks to stamp through. This way my skunks aren't just floating. :) I colored them with my Prismacolor colored pencils.
The "Happy Valentine's Day" greeting is from the You Make My Heart Smile set by MyCreativeTime. To finish it off, I added black glaze pen to their eyes, and wink of stella to the hearts... and to their tummies and tails.

I hope you're having a stinkin' great weekend! :)

Love U

Hello! Today's Clean And Simple 4 class at OnlineCardClasses was all about inking. So, I decided to get super inky. ;) I also used my Cricut Explore to create a mask for the first time! Fun stuff! I cut this image from the Valentine's Day cartridge out of Post-It Craft Paper. I put the dial on the Explore on the cardstock setting, and it cut like a dream. I started by inking up the panel with spun sugar and worn lipstick Distress inks. Then I put the mask on.
I sprayed picked raspberry distress ink in a mini mister over it. And then I flicked on some of that ink. Then I sprayed it with Gold Lame Heidi Swapp Color Shine spray. It looks SO COOL in real life. Basically impossible to get a good picture of all the shine.
After I took off the mask, I also flicked on some gold color shine. This card looks different depending on how the light catches it. :)

Happy Friday! I hope you have an awesome weekend!
