MCT Thoughtful Thursday

Hello! It's Thoughtful Thursday at MyCreativeTime. For this first card I used the Pretty Bold Letter Dies to create a greeting. I popped the greeting panel up over a bunch of cardstock strips glued together. Easy and gives you a big impact. 

For this card I used the Stitched Honey Comb Die. I cut it out of white, and also a rainbow of cardstocks. I finished it off the the Big Hello Die.

MCT Inspire Me Wednesday

Hello! It's Inspire Me Wednesday at MyCreativeTime. My card is inspired by one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite bands. The song is called "Ain't got the blues" by Blackberry Smoke. I LOVE THIS BAND SOOOO MUCH. I just got tickets to see them again in November, and a friend from back home in Chicagoland is flying down to Jacksonville...and then we are taking a mini road trip down to Orlando to see them! I made this card for her, and an extra to give away in the Blackberry Smoke Fan Group. :) YAY FOR MUSIC! But I digress, HA! I used the Pretty Bold Letter Dies for the shaker window word. I used the Stitched Trio Banner Dies and the Alpha Pack for the other lyrics. I heat embossed them with sparkle embossing powder by Wow.

MCT Do Over Thursday

Hello! It's Do Over Thursday at MyCreativeTime. For my card today I recycled THESE card designs. This time I used the Pretty Bold Letter Dies and masked to make the name River for a special baby card. I used inks to make the scene inside the letters. This is all one layer, and pretty cool in person. :) I also used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More Dies for the panel.

MCT Fave Die of the Month

Hello! It's Favorite Die of the month day at MyCreativeTime. This time we are featuring the Social Media Dies. I used the "hashtag" along with "HBD" from the Pretty Bold Letter Dies. I heat embossed flowers from the Just Because Set. I watercolored with traditional watercolors. To finish, I added wink of stella and glossy accents to the letters. :)

MCT Made In Minutes

Hello! I have 2 card designs to share today for Made In Minutes at MyCreativeTime. I used the fabulous Pretty Bold Letter Dies for my cards. I cut the word Risen from masking paper, and used both the positive and negative portions. For this first card, I used the positive to mask the word to stay white while I inked over top of it. I used Simon Says Stamp inks. 

And for this card, I used the negative space to ink the scene within the word. I used the same inks. On both cards I used the Alpha Pack set to stamp "He is". I also used the Stitched Rectangular Frames And More dies for the panels.

MCT 52nd Edition Release Blog Hop!

Hello! You should have arrived from Lucia's Blog, if not, head HERE to start at the beginning. I made a background by watercoloring with distress inks. Rainbowy goodness. :) I used the incredibly fabulous new Pretty Bold Letter Dies to make the word LOVE. I gold foiled them by using a Zig 2 way glue pen and Deco Foil. Easy peasy. I also used the Stitched Postage Frames dies which I basically can't make a card without these days. :)
