Hiya! I hope your week is off to a great start! I started by making my card base with the 3x4 Journal Die from MyCreativeTime. I cut the frame with the 4x4 Journal Die & More. I used the fabulous Stitched Cartoon Cloud Dies for the clouds. For the sun I used the Build A Banner set. The face on the sun is from the Kawaii Face Assortment by PeachyKeenStamps. The greeting is from the February 2014 set from PeachyKeenStamps.

With Sympathy

Hello! I hope you're having a nice Sunday. For my card today I kept the current Hero Arts challenge in mind which is to make a one layer card. I used a circle die to create a mask for my stamping. I inked up the Hero Arts Three Ferns stamp with Crushed Olive, Faded Jeans, and Chipped Sapphire Distress Markers. I then misted the stamp with water in a mini mister. I love how all the inks blend.

While I still had the mask on, I inked around the circle with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. To finish, I stamped the greeting from the Everyday Sayings set with Navy Hero Arts Shadow Ink.

A happy Peachy elephant :)

Hello friends! Happy Saturday to ya. :) I stamped and paper pieced the cutest elephant ever from the fabulous Elephant Parade set by PeachyKeenStamps. Her cute party hat is also from the Elephant Parade stamp set. All the patterned papers on this card are from the Hello Sunshine paper pad by Lawn Fawn. {Which I'm totally obsessed with}

I attached this cutie elephant with a WOBBLE so it wiggles. :)

MCT 32st Edition Release Blog Hop

Hello! I hope you're having fun hopping! You should have arrived from Katie's blog, if not, head HERE to start at the beginning. :) For my first card I stamped the seaweed and seahorse {I colored the seahorse with distress markers} from the new set called Surf's Up. I stamped them before inking in the water. What I did is what I'm going to call permanent masking. I went over the stamped images with glossy accents and let it dry. After it was dry, I used my distress inks to make the water scene. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good. ;)

Here you can see the shine from the glossy accents. I did it this way because it would be borderline impossible to cut masks that little. {and I'm not interested in going blind or getting arthritis} ;) The greeting on this card is from the new set called Sit Back & Relax. And here is another quick card I made for this hop...

For this card I started with the Stitched 3x4 Journal Die. Then I cut the rainbow talk bubble with the die in the Speech Bubble Sentiments Stamp set. 

I used the thanks die from the new Happy Thoughts set to cut my greeting. The sweet little birdie is cut from the die in the Hello Chickie Stamp Set. Her face is from the Chickie Face Assortment from PeachyKeenStamps.

MCT Sneaks Day 4

Hello! It's day 4 of sneaks for MyCreativeTime. Today I used the new set called Loyal Friends {which is a super cute doggy set} in a completely different way. :) I turned the sweet doggy house die into a bird house. Gotta love getting more out of your dies, right?! 

The greeting is from the Home Sewn set from MyCreativeTime. All the papers are from Lawn Fawn.

MCT Sneaks Day 3

Hiya! Today is day 3 of sneaks for MyCreativeTime. Today we are sneaking 3 new sets... Bee Happy, Stitched Bees & Beehive Dies, and Stitched Honey Comb Dies. I started by using the Stitched Honey Comb Dies to make a stencil. I used my white embossing paste and added a few drops of  scattered straw and wild honey distress reinkers to make it yellow. 

I cut out the bee with the Stitched Bees and Beehive Dies. The Bee and sentiment are from the Bee Happy set. I did a little paper piecing on the bee.

MCT Sneaks Day 1

Hiya! Welcome to day 1 of sneaks for MyCreativeTime! Today we are sneaking 2 new sets. This first card was made with the new set called Happy Thoughts by MyCreativeTime. A super fun set! 

I think this Happy Thoughts set is an absolute must have! :) And here is my other card for today...

This card was made with the new set called You Are Fabulous from MyCreativeTime. I stamped the words with soft cantaloupe, fresh peach, and pale tomato Hero Arts shadow inks. 

The stripes of color behind the words were stamped with the Build A Scripty & Watercolor Background set from MyCreativeTime.
