MCT Thrifty Thursday

Hello! Today is Thrifty Thursday at MyCreativeTime. Thrifty Thursday means to "use your scraps". I used the scraps I had from THIS card. I cut the XL Label Die and then used the heart from the set called  100% Sweetness to make a window in the die cut. I backed that with patterned paper. 

I die cut and stamped the sentiment from Teeny Tag Greetings.

Peachy Keen Challenge

Hiya! It's PeachyKeen challenge time again! Our challenge this time is to create a card using hearts. Easy peasy! I kept my card super simple and stamped and paper pieced the absolutely adorable Thinking Of You Bear. I just love him/her! SO CUTE! :)

I stamped the love greeting from the January 2013 set on the heart. I then added glossy accents over top for shine. :)

MCT Designer Challenge

Hello! It's Designer Challenge time over at MyCreativeTime. This time our challenge is 123. Use 1 ribbon, 2 patterned papers, and 3 buttons. For my card I cut the XL Label Die out of  kraft cardstock. I then stamped and white heat embossed the numbers and month from the Whimsical Calendar Days set. The patterned papers are from the Love Story collection by Echo Park. I cut out the rose and little matching tag from some of the patterned paper in the collection.

I was going for SUPER girly on this card. And I don't care about bulk because I'm going to mail it in a padded mailer. This is for my Nana, so I really wanted to make it special! SOOOO I jazzed up the inside as well! :)

The greeting is from the 100% Sweetness set. I cut out another rose and added some bling. :) I hope my Nana loves it...I loved making it!

My heart bubbles over for you

Hello! I had fun making this simple card with PinkByDesign stamps. I stamped the beaker from the Radioactive set. The hearts and sentiment are from the Mad Scientist set from PinkByDesign. I colored them in and used a spica glitter marker for sparkle. 

I covered the beaker with glossy accents so it looks like glass. The cardstock and ribbon are from PaperTreyInk.

a Peachy post! :)

Hiya Peachies! :) Nikki here with 2 cards today. For this first one I stamped the cutie peach from the Faceless Fruit set. I stamped it a few times on different patterned papers so I could paper piece it. The face is from the August 2012 set. I used my sakura stardust glitter pen to add sparkle the the glasses. You can see the sparkle here...

The greeting is from the fabulous new Fruits Sentiments One set. I stamped it and white heat embossed it. And here is the other card I made...

I cut out the adorable Tear Bear die. Then I gave teddy the cutest sad face ever from the new set called Teddy Bear Assortment. I stamped and paper pieced the kleenex box from the Bawlin Bunnies set. 

The greeting is from the new Get Well Bear set.  I also white heat embossed it.

I'd be lost without you!

Hiya! I have a super simple card today, but I totally love it! :) I stamped the compass from the set aptly named Compass from MarketStreetStamps. I stamped it twice so I could paper piece the little heart. Like the stamp set I used yesterday, this one too is just 5 bucks! YEAH! 

I used my sakura stardust glitter pen to add sparkle to the compass. I also added glossy accents to the heart. The fabulous sentiment is from the new Lots Of Love set from MyCreativeTime.

Just me, thinking of you...

Hello. For my card today I stamped and paper pieced the light bulb from the Bright Side set by MarketStreetStamps. Isn't that the cutest image?! It's just 5 bucks! SCORE! :) I used papers from the Sunshine collection from My Mind's Eye. 

The sentiment is from the new Lots Of Love set from MyCreativeTime. I thought it went perfectly with the light bulb...which makes me think of thinking. LOL. Ding! Light bulb moment! {ahh Oprah}... I used my silver sakura pen for the metal bottom part. And to finish, I added a punched heart with some glossy accents on it.
